Kristen Gray
Director of Development
Kristen Gray joined UWNC in October 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in fundraising and development within the nonprofit sector. She has a strong background in major gift programs, planned giving, annual giving, employee giving, capital campaigns, relationship development, and event planning. Previously, Kristen worked with the National Park Service, in healthcare, and with private family foundations. She is enthusiastic about UWNC’s mission and looks forward to contributing to the organization’s efforts.
A native of Red Bluff, Kristen has been active in the community, serving on the Red Bluff Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Red Bluff State Theater Board of Directors.
In addition to her work in philanthropy, Kristen is passionate about her three children: Chris, Emilia, and Tyler. She enjoys spending quality time with them every chance she gets! Kristen also participates in ranch sorting and takes advantage of the outdoor activities in the North State.
