Chandra Meltzer
Chandra leads the South Market Micro Shelter and assists our residents coming out of homelessness, with support, advocacy, and case management. She has been with United Way of Northern California since the beginning of 2024.
Chandra’s background is in social work, advocacy, crisis intervention and facilities management. She is a California native who spent her early years traveling the country before landing in Redding 13 years ago.
Chandra now loves to spend her free time traveling the world. When at home, you will find her in the garden, spending time with family and taking care of her menagerie of pets.
